How to order
We only accept orders via email and please email all enquiries to irene_lee_28@hotmail.com. Please indicate below info when placing order:

- Delivery Address
- Contact Number & Email Address
- Product Code / Size / Colour / Qty / Price
- Delivery mode: "Registered mail" or "Normal mail"
- Payment Trx: (fill in after payment was made)
**Important**
Please clarify all doubts before placing your orders.
Stock Availability
To facilitate regular stock flow, all product are limited in quantity & colour. Upon receiving your order, we will advise stock availability, postage charges & payment details.
Payment
Payment is to be made in full within 2 days upon order confirmation via POSB/DBS & UOB bank transfers only for local order (SG).
Refund request will not be entertained once order is confirmed.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 3 days upon full payment received via SingPost.
Postage charges:
- $1.50 for local normal mail
- For Registered mail, additional SGD $2.24 is applicable
(tracking number will be provided)
International Order
- postage charges to be advise

Closet Liberty will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail cause during the mailing process by SingPost.
Registered mail will be recommended.
Exchange Policy
Goods sold are non-refundable. Exchange policy valid within 5 days of purchase date, subject to stock availability and based on the following condition(s):
- Item received different* from what you have
order, return shipping cost will be borne by us.
Full refund will be made if stock unavailable for replacement/exchange.
(incorrect design/size/colour code differs from order form)
- Size does not fit. Subject to stock availability and exchange restricted to same design purchase. Return shipping cost will borne by customers. (Does not apply to free size apparels)
Exchange items must be return in the following condition(s):
- In good condition (not washed & worn before)
- In original packaging with tag
